Orders
Orders can be placed by phone, fax, letter or email. Quotations are given on request. All seed supply is subject to successful harvest.

Prices
All prices in stocklists are exclusive of GST. Prices may be subject to change.

Payment
Payment can be made by several means. Our terms are payment in advance for first time customers. Terms are within 30 days of invoice for subsequent purchases.
Methods of payment are:
Cheque
Money Order
Electronic Funds Transfer
C.O.D.

Dispatch
Our seed is packaged in recyced padded cardboard bags. Please reuse or recycle the bags or use as mulch. Seed will be sent as soon as possible after an order is placed. Due to the seasonal nature of seed collection orders may be placed on backorder and seed supplied after harvest. Ownership and responsibility passes to the buyer when seed is delivered to the designated means of transport.

Warranty
We give no warranty expressed or implied to the success of any seed we sell. This is accepted by the customer when an order is placed. The placing of an order accepts these above terms and conditions.
