Spencer
and Karen are both keen environmental educators. Karen is a
trained teacher and Spencer has qualifications in workplace
assessment and training. Together they have been involved in
working with school and community groups to better understand
our rainforests and to restore these fascinating ecosystems.

highly successful workshops, run with Stacey and Alan Franks
of Hollow Log Homes, have provided many participants with practical
advice,skills and information on a wide range of conservation
topics. Workshops held so far have included information on:
bats and other nocturnal animals, frog-friendly gardens, plant
indentification, hollow dependant species, weed management,
revegetation techniques, bushfoods, birds, regeneration and
much more!

for various community groups. He has enjoyed the company of
garden clubs, organic growers groups and bushcare groups. Perhaps
