TERMS AND CONDITIONS - tubestock and seed sales

Orders

Orders can be placed by phone, fax, letter or email.  All seed supply is subject to successful harvest and tubestock to availability. Quotations are available upon request.

Prices

All prices in stocklists are exclusive of GST. Prices may be subject to change.

Payment

Payment can be made by several means. Our terms are payment in advance for first time customers. Terms are within 30 days of invoice for subsequent purchases.
Methods of payment are:
    Cheque
    Money Order
    Electronic Funds Transfer
    C.O.D.
Please contact us if our banking details are required.All stock remains the property of Brush Turkey Enterprises until paid for.

Plant delivery

If delivery is required,  aplant transportation company will be utilised. Minimum orders for delivery are 240 native tubes or three trays. A fee for transportation costs will be included on your invoice or at your expense with your own preferred transport company. Minimum order for collection from the nursery is 100 plants.

Seed Dispatch

Our seed is packaged in recyced padded cardboard bags. Please reuse or recycle the bags or use as mulch. Seed will be sent as soon as possible after an order is placed. Due to the seasonal nature of seed collection orders may be placed on backorder and seed supplied after harvest. Ownership and responsibility passes to the buyer when seed is delivered to the designated means of transport.

Seed Warranty

We give no warranty expressed or implied to the success of any seed we sell. This is accepted by the customer when an order is placed. The placing of an order accepts these above terms and conditions.
